DUES STRUCTURE

Dues are paid on an annual basis.

Associates (vendors): $350
Owner-Manager Firms: $300 plus $1.61 per unit for 50 to 1000 units. If a company manages more than 1000 units, an additional $.61 per unit over 1000 is due. If a company manages 49 units or less, dues are $150 plus $1.61 per unit.
Assisted Living and Government Housing: $350

Dues are paid on an annual basis. In accordance with AAGK Bylaws, an Owner-Manager must register all rental units within the Greater Knoxville area (Knox and contiguous counties). If you qualify as an Owner-Manager and an Associate, you must first join as an Owner-Manager.
