Attendance at all events is limited to members unless otherwise noted. Reservations are usually due at the AAGK office no later than the Thursday before the event at 4:00 p.m. and may be made online, by email to info@aagk.org, or by mailing or faxing the completed downloadable event flyer to: AAGK, P.O. Box 11511, Knoxville, TN 37939 (Fax: 865-588-7905).

Note: If there is a charge associated with an event, no cancellations can be accepted after the registration deadline, and no-shows will be billed.
