Nickel Plate Properties and Management are seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Technician for luxury apartment complex in Oak Ridge, TN.

The maintenance technician maintains the day to day operations and to assume responsibility for maintaining the physical asset of the property under the direction of the Regional Maintenance Supervisor. 

Responsible for completing resident service requests / complete make-ready process of vacant apartments / maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations / preventive maintenance / special projects s directed by Regional Maintenance Supervisor / assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors / complete grounds work which may include picking up trash, sweeping curbs and dumpster maintenance / and other duties as they arise or instructed to complete by Regional Maintenance Supervisor.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Must have high school or equivalent education and recent experience in residential property management maintenance.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: HVAC and CPO certification required and experience with 401A units preferred.
