We are currently seeking a Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of an Affordable Housing Apartment Community in Knoxville, TN.  The ideal candidate will have extensive Project Based Section 8 experience, Tax Credit experience, and previous supervisory experience.  COS designation is preferred.  Relocation will be considered for the ideal candidate.
