Licensed law enforcement officer, Nov. 10, 2009: Greentree Village Apartments is seeking a licensed law enforcement officer with professional appearance and demeanor along with good physical condition. Applicant must have a minimum of one to two years experience in law enforcement or related field. The position requires individuals to furnish their own vehicle to make necessary rounds through the property, and walk the property as directed by the Property Manager. He/She will patrol swimming pools for proper swimming attire, closing hours, proper use of pool and any non-residents using the pool. Persons will patrol the property and check for unusual occurrences, burned out light bulbs, and parking issues. Submit a report daily to the Property Manager of the situations and occurrences along with a list of locations where light bulbs needs to be replaced. Officer must adhere to the company’s safety program and policies and procedures. Officer will receive adequate compensation.
