Earning CALP, your first industry credential, signals to an employer your commitment to a career in residential property management. 
Registration is open. 
Overview: The CALP course provides training in apartment leasing and property management, covering marketing and traffic generation, reputation management, property tours, sales and closing techniques, fair housing compliance, resident qualification, lease preparation, move-ins, resident retention, maintenance follow-up, incident documentation, lease renewals, market analysis, and strategies to maximize revenue, operational efficiency, and resident satisfaction.
DATES:  Wednesday Oct. 14, Wednesday Oct. 21, Wednesday Oct. 28
Requirements: To earn the CALP credential, candidates must complete seven CALP courses, pass the certification exam within six months of declaring candidacy, and obtain at least six months of onsite property management experience in a leasing role. Candidates who have not yet met the experience requirement may receive a provisional certificate until the requirement is fulfilled.
